With a background in public safety, emergency management, and nonprofit leadership, Paulo has led efforts to integrate cultural values into modern solutions, from the Maui Disaster Case Management Program FEMA-4724-DR to the Royal Hawaiian Guard and the Hoʻomāhua Initiative-Smart Tourism. Founding Ke Ola Hou and serving its mission is a natural extension of his lifelong work, ensuring that Aloha remains at the heart of Hawaiʻi’s healing, growth, and sustainability.
