Tom Martindale

Tom is a seasoned entrepreneur and business leader with over three decades of experience across investment banking, telecommunications, energy, and technology. He began his career in finance, at Prudential Securities before moving on to senior roles at firms like Smith Barney, and E*Trades Investment Bank, E*Offering, where he participated in hundreds of IPOs and private placements. Tom’s expertise in Rule 144 restricted stock transactions and institutional sales helped him risequickly through the ranks, consistently earning top honors and leading high-performing teams managing hundreds of millions in client assets.

Since 2001, Tom has founded and led a series of successful ventures spanning digital marketing, satellite services, healthcare, and energy. In 2014, he founded Drips, where he currently serves as President. Drips pioneered Conversations as a Service (CaaS), enabling enterprise clients to engage in scalable, two-way, persistent conversations that drive customer engagement and retention. Under Tom’s leadership, Drips has become a recognized leader in conversational outreach, delivering measurable results for Fortune 500 companies across multiple industries. Tom is also a U.S. Navy veteran, having served on Explosive Ordnance Disposal (EOD) and other Special Operations Teams in operations such as Desert Storm and Restore Hope.
